moving the directory folder was created by terry

heres a tricky one

localhost/citilights/ index
i need to move all the files out of the citilights folder and into local host on its own
localhost/index

my host provider says i need help from the developer of the package to advise me how to copy across the files and how to update the urls

can you help me please

if want run localhost/index
You copy all source in folder citillight go out folder localhost
