Slow mouse scroll or remove?

Hello,

How can we either turn off the mouse scroll and make it so the icons on the left have to be clicked or slow the scroll. It is extremely sensitive and if you bump the mouse it scrolls all the way down to the login.

About your question change speed of mouse scroll you can change it by following steps:
Step 1: Go to path {root}/media/plg_juxcomingsoon/ then open file soon.php
Step 2: To to line 634 then change scrollingSpeed from 0 to 1000 (1s) - that mean after 1 second you can scroll to other page
