Mega Menu vs. Bootstrap Carousel

Hi there,
I just installed Mega Menu and it seems to be the optimal solution for my problems. But it also seems to have problems with the bootstrap carousel I am using. Look here:

When the carousel slides to the next image it also slides up an closes. It comes back, when sliding again to the next image Funny effect but nevertheless not wanted. I think there must be a conflict in the javascripts that are used. Do you have any idea how I can fix this?
