Use more than one module on the same page

Hi there,

I tried using two Mega Menu module on the same page but when I do that and use JS for both, only one works. When I do JS for #Menu1 and CSS3 for #menu2, both work. I have got unique moduleid but still it is not working. What am I doing wrong? I can provide the code when both module are loaded. Thank you.
