It conflict with your template and I need to add the custom CSS to help you show the menu. You can check the CSS on the old site. I have copy the CSS to new site and it works.
Please recheck it.

I have two sites I am testing. I think I see a bug. Both are Joomla 4.x. Can I use SP modules in menus with 5.0.6?

I have checked and found the issue from your module config: prnt.sc/snc6yhJVtsx0
Because you have set the publish time for the module, that is why it can't display under the menu item.
Please notice that config for your new module.
