Cuando se envia un mensaje desde el fomrulario de agente, solamente llega el email. No llega el nombre y tampoco el mensaje. Como puedo arreglar esto? Dentro de la configuración he intentado con:
Nombre: {name}
Mensaje: {content}
Nombre: {user_name}
Mensaje: {user_content}
Pero no funciona. Pueden por favor (y espero esta vez pronto) ayudarme con esto.
El soporte parece para productos gratuitos, pero recuerden que todos hemos pagado por algo y un soporte que llega a veces a los 7 días o mas es absurdo. ENGLISH
