Since I started testing the accordion module, I noticed that many part of my website we're broken. Turn out that adding slide to the accordion module and then clicking on the X to remove them basically delete the file from my server! All the slide that I had removed while testing also deleted the associating file on the server.
How can such a thing happen?This is terrible if an extension start doing that kind of thing.

As I checked, jdiction is the main cause that lead to the problem in backend of module accordion. Therefore, you should disable module jdiction first. After finished update data in accordion module, you can enable module jdiction again.
