Users not able to log in was created by Bo jangles

Hi Support,

I installed the plugin and configured, whitelisted the users in the plugin. However, they cannot log in to view the website.
Even for the admin, that does not work. I also have a user as subscriber which also needs access but no luck.

Grateful to advise further.

I have checked the registered user: joomlaux, I am still able to login your site at the front-end like the plugin config: prnt.sc/b5Vu6y1hXm3l

Hi Support, noted. Seems it was a chrome issue. Does not work in chrome, I am guessing cookie. Tested in firefox and it works fine.

I used Chrome to test your site. The login function still works fine.
Please recheck it, or you can use the incognito function to check.
