I recently purchased your Jux mega menu for Joomla and the " hidden " menu items still show in front end
I've tried deleting cache for both browser and back end but the hidden menu items still show
Also, I've installed Virtuemart and notice you sell a Virtuemart version, have I purchased the wrong version and does the VM version have the same hidden menu item problem ?

And it still works fine on my site with the last version of the JUX Mega menu 3.3.7. Please give us your site URL and admin account. I need access your site to help you check it.
For the virtuemart mega menu, it doesn't support the Joomla 4. We will check and update the new version for joomla 4.
