Alias and description not functionnal

Hello,

Even if we modify the alias, it is the modified title which is used to construct the URL.
Additionally, the "Description" metadata is not saved.

I don't need help changing the link, the problem is that
1 - It is not the text in the alias field that is used to construct the url
2 - Accented characters (àéèà) are transformed by hyphens see dev.gplusk.fr/index.php/10-bonjour-monsi
