Popo up not working/open

Hi Together, i hope someone can help me.

i have thre problems... but maybe i can fix it all with one solution?

1. There are only thre collums shown and not 4 like in the settings
2. Pop-ups doesn't open
3. Ther "Load more button" doesn't work
