Can't install JUX News Ticker zip file was created by Sean McElherron

Hi

Using Joomla 3.9.2 and the error message is 'can't find XML set up file'. Bit of a novice so can't find a technical workaround, any help welcome.

Please unzip and inside will have the "Package Install" folder.
In this folder will is package install
