Custom CSS not working was created by Othniel Harris

Nothing happens when I try to change colour scheme by selecting Custom CSS from Menu Theme of the module. The background colour of "Top Menu Style" does not change. Please help. My demo site link is - www.televisionjamaica.com/demo/programmes/youth/scq.html

Hi Othniel,
I checked your problem. present. Config "Menu Theme: sparkling sife" (You are the one type displayed by default), so the value of the config in top tab menus, dropdown menus, menu items you will not change. If you want it to work please select "Menu Theme: Custom CSS. Thanks

Well, custom.css does not work or change the style / color. The color of the menu should be #92151c

But it remains the default color.

Yes, the config in Custom CSS does not work well. There may be a caching problem also.

No that is not it. See images attached. I actually select Custom CSS from Menu Theme

.
After that I click on tab "Top Menu Style" and change background color there.

But it does not change on front end immediately.

The change of color happens after many hours. So I am guessing it may be a caching issue?
