You can Go to ... stye tab of module and custom background that you want in Custom CSS

But I dont know what is the tag for change the background, because I need to change the color of entire wrapper e the text to black.

Please go to style tab of module and insert line code below in Custom CSS
.skg-weather #sky{
background:transparent!important;
}
.skg-weather #background{
background:transparent!important;
}
.skg-weather #wrapper{
background-color:transparent!important;
}
