Virtuemart mega menu

Running joomla 2.5.28 and virtuemart 3.0.4.
I bought your virtuemart mega menu a few weeks ago and I just cannot get it to work correctly . I would like to say that I have 5 years expeirience with Joomla and yet your module is more complicated ! Rows and colomns is confusing as you have to click certain areas to create them yet the button just says add row/column. the most annoying thing is it that it duplicates sub menus for no reason . For example if i have a menu called shirts that goes to a sub menu called tshirts and add another sub menu from that called red tshirts and carry one with blue tshirts etc it suddenly duplicates red tshirts so I have 2 of them and cannot delete it!
It is really really confusing and I have read your documentation and it dosent really help!
Is there going to be a fix for these errors? or am I just being really thick and doing something wrong ?

Many thanks, I think I have it sussed!!
However one thing , is the order of the menu done by the order of the virtuemart category ?
what I mean is like this example -
main category - Shirts
sub category - red shirts
blue shirts
yellow shirts

If I want to change the order of the red,blue,yellow tshirts I presume I do this in the virtuemart category ?

Once again many thanks again.
I do have an odd problem now though, the mobile menu doesn't appear, it is there as I can see the code via firebug but there is nothing to show.
Any ideas on that one ?
