Step 1: In back-end
Go to Extensions -> Template Manager and choose template default



Step 2:
In Custom css tab: add into "Before </head>"
In example:
<style>
#noo-slideshow .noo-s2 .item .noo-s2-info h2 a{
font-size: 10px;
font-family: "Times New Roman", Georgia, Serif;
}
</style>
