I'm building a portfolio with Portfolio Plus and I came across few issues that, being so basic, should not be happening:
1. When you create a menu item the Ordering by > "Ordering" doesn't work. It will list them as the last created first; no matter the ordering you sort them in the list.
2. Webp images, even though they are accepted when creating the portfolio item, and they open fine in lightbox while seeing the list, if you set a webp image on the "other images", they will not open properly on lightbox. Took me a while to learn why this wasn't working properly in one of the portfolio items.
3. When you use category filter you skip to the second page the filter clears itself. That's very bad user experience and frustrating while you navigate.
4. The biggest one: When you first get to a page where naturally, "all" categories are listed and you select a filter where the item is listed on the second page from "all categories", that item won't show up on the first page, you will have to skip to the second page to see it. That's a big issue because it looks like that category is empty.

I have checked the extension.
1. The ordering by option still works fine. It can order the portfolio items by the selection.
2. Yes, the old library doesn't support the lightbox with the WebP image type. I have changed the source code to support the WebP format for the lightbox.
3, 4. Yes, the current logic for the pagination will clear the filter. We have changed the source code to keep the filter when clicking on the new page.
We will carefully check and release a new version soon.

As you can see the ordering being showed is by ID (ASC). Mexico Sterling is showing on position #4 because the ID 4 is "unpublished".
So all 3 points are true and verified.
I hope the corrections/update are published soon, because I paid the $49 to have another 2 extensions and I don't have much time until the support is over. So please consider that, so I can finish and publish this section of my site.

I have checked the source code, the ordering option doesn't work. This is our mistake. You can select the order using another option.

Alright, I installed the update, the ordering was good now but the issue #4 was not fixed.
I re-installed previous version again because the .webp problem got worse. See, before I had webp images on the main list and they will show and will come to the lightbox without issue, it was only on the details page that showed the problem of the lightbox popup.
Now, NONE of the additional image will even show on the details page. So I prefer to not have that issue and deal with the ordering problem as is right now.

After the new version installation, those continue working without issues. BUT when going to the portfolio details page, the "other images", the ones you insert as "additional images", were no showing up. Like there were non existent, showing the main image instead. No matter that they were not webp. Since I reinstalled the old version, this is how it's supposed to look:

...but the ones in the red square won't show up. Instead, I'll get the main image only. I tried uploading another webp as the second image, to see if then they all had to be webp, and that didn't work either. So it's not the type of image, has to be something else.
I hope we can solve this by Tuesday, since I'm expecting lot of traffic from a promotion I've been preparing.
