I too have just bought this module and very disappointing that it doesn't work due to incompatibility with roksprocket / rocket-themes - rather wish I had checked out the forums first.

any news on a fix?

If there is still no fix I too would be seeking a refund - a shame as the product looks great - just what I needed.

Consider releasing trial versions so at least people can try before they buy.

This is not the bug or conflict caused by JUX.
This was rokbox in my case. I paid a developer and find a solution.

public_html/plugins/system/rokbox/assets/js/rokbox.js

I appreciate that you have paid a developer to fix the conflict, and the hint at which file was the culprit, however, I was hoping for a response from the developer. Many people use RocketTheme products (as this thread hints at) and for them and me a solution would be welcome or a warning that 'Does not work with Rockettheme products due to problems with Rockettheme code' in which case I would not have purchased.
