mega menu does not make a proper a href

it has annoyed me for hours, ive tried to make 2 new menus and following guides but whatever i do, the mega menu makes a href link from the "alias" and not the href from the article in joomla. see picture

is this a bug or am i really that stupid

Please go to Menu-> menu item (home)
You choose the value alias, may value config "Menu Item Type" it is not self-generated link that will grab your current date. Thanks

thanks for the answer, but thats not what i meant.
I don't have a problem with the date - its the alias thats being used as a direct link. The mega menu USES the alias as a "a href" link like the picture showed and NOT the article i've chosen from single article

You try to watch, you have not turned seo, seo can turn it also affects the URL
Please go to System-> Global Configuration-> Tab Site-> Search Engine Friendly URLs config
