file retain proportions??

Hello,
I just bought your module, but it seems as there is no setting to retain the proportions of the images when the screen size is changed, just the way like background-size:cover would do.

If it is not possible with this module, it is useless for me and I want my money back

Hi
Thank you for contacting and choosing our product
Our product has not updated this function because no customer wants to customize just like you
But if you want to do it, I will guide you custom
Plese go to back-end modules -> tab Advanced Options -> custom css and add code:
#supersized li.prevslide img, #supersized li.activeslide img {
max-width: none!important;
position: static!important;
}
As image bellow:

Thank you, but I cannot see why anybody would want squashed and distorted pictures when the screen is resized, so the background image-slider makes only sense if it would retain the ratio.
I found another module that does this, and have no use for your extension.
I think it should be mentioned in the JED so that nobody is tricked in buying this, or at least is fully aware on what he gets.

Hi
Thank you for feedback us
I also explained to you above, again I would like to say that not all customers use the same size picture product, so it is more important that we want to show the product. show full image
Because there are many images with content, if they appear like you, some other customers will say that the images are missing and cover some of their content.
That makes us hard to change, because each customer's preferences are different
It is important for the customer to buy the product and want to display how we will customize them to their liking if they want.
How would you like to show up, I will customize it to suit you, instead of me updating my product and most likely I have to fix it custom for many others.
Hope you understand
Thanks

I understand you, obviously your module has a different purpose than what I thought. And if you look at the forum, there are others with the same problem. Anyway, I cannot use your module, and if there is the possibility for a refund, I would be grateful.
thank you

I told you: I don't want squashed or streched images, when the screen is resized. I want fullscreen background images, that resize with the correct proportions, just like the CSS-property background-size:cover would do.
And I found another module that does exactly that out of the box, so I have no use for your module anymore.

Hi
Thank you for feedback us
The "Edit page" button is inherently hidden, I want to know how you turned it on, before I customized it for you.
You can more easily describe the actions that you did for the "edit page" button
I will try check it for you
Thanks
