Background Video does not resize in mobile device

I think it still play on mobile, just the video can't display the correct frame because the mobile screen is very small
How you want it to display in size ?

I just want to say that the video is working with the exact size, you want to see the video on mobile devices and with the position of the templates, the video is forced to be cut off on both sides.
