Video auto-playing some times was created by Enoch Lavender

Hi,
When we load the web site with the video set to 'autoplay' it sometimes autoplays, and sometimes it just appears with a youtube 'play' icon on it to click to get started.
We have tried to enable/disable jquery and noconflict to solve the issue, but it still remains - Can you help?

Yes we want it to autoplay only - can you fix it so it only autoplays?

Hi again.

Please go to Module config/ Video controls and disable Loop option. prnt.sc/eMaYHKHbY06T
That will help you disable the loop autoplay background video.
