Hi.

I have a question.

I'm using Jux citilight and made some "Save As" on it t have severale Layout style.
Now, I have some difficulties with component because they always take the default template. instead of the one I want.
Is it a way to say to joomla to open a component with a specific template ? (For exemple easyblog article)

thx a lot fot your help :)

Hi,
Sorry for replay late,
About your question, You can do following:
First, you can duplicate template jux_citilights and rename.
Then, you go to tab Assignment and assign to menu you want to display.
Hope this help.
Thanks

Hi.

Thx for your answer.

The solution you gave to me is to apply a template to a menu item. Yhat is easy and it's not, actually, what i'm talking about.

I would like to know how to apply a template to a component that is not in a menu item :)

Hi,
About your question, you can't apply template to component. If you want to change, you must rewrite code.
Thanks
