About your problem, I checked it. In mobile and tablet device, video background will not works. Instead, you can image background.

I'm so sorry for this problem but that is API from Youtube and We can't change it to make video play as background on mobile devices.
As in jux background video we said: With Pad and mobile devices, it will automatically fall back to image because pad and mobile devices does not support auto play.
