Not getting installed

Hi,
I am trying to installed css3 mega menu here
www.flyonit.com.au/beta/administrator/
user: 34erdfcv%TGB

BUt at the time of installation error coming and not getting installed.

In a demo folder it got installed but drop down not working.

50.87.115.233/~joomlad4/administrator/

1. 50.87.115.233/~joomlad4/administrator/ We have adjusted the value config Enable jQuery No. It was operating normally. Please check back.
2. www.flyonit.com.au/beta/administrator/ You can upgrade to Joomla version. Can this version too low it may not work for our modules. we need some time to re-examine this issue. hope you can upgrade to a higher version of Joomla.

50.87.115.233/~joomlad4/administrator/ here I can not see any option to make sub menu drop down shows as multi column . Could you please cheek it.
