How to get rid of the tooltip?

How do I get rid of the black tooltip box that pops up whenever you hover over the menu items?

I have checked your problem. I think that due to an extension of your other causes.
Please go to module CSS3 Mega Menu => tab advanced => config custom css
add css
.tip-wrap{
display:none!important;
}

This didn't fix the issue. The black tool-tips still come up over the menu items.
