Help with CSS3 menu

We just purchased CSS3 and have it installed. It seems the styling is not working at all. We have the black and white theme selected. Our issue is we have it aligning left in our nav module that is 1025 px wide. The menu does not fill the module even across the top. It is to short for the module so on the right side of the nav bar is just a large blank space. We cant seem to figure out how to make the menu wide enough to fill the nav bar module. Any suggestions please. We also discovered that when we turn on the Jux CSS3 module our ability to use the wheel mouse is gone on all browsers. This will make the extension unusable for us.
