No Parameters tab in menu items

I purchased this extension to take advantage of a few features - two of which are to use FontAwesome icons and group menus into columns.

I have been working on customizing my menu and following the documentation. It refers to the additional parameter pack in menu items, and shows a screenshot. For some reason, I don't have this tab in my menus.

I can't attach a screenshot for some reason, but when editing or creating new menu items, it just has the normal tabs:
Details / Options / Link Type / Page Display / Metadata / Module Assignment

Nevermind this post. I tested installation of CSS3 Mega Menu in another site and had no issue, the added parameter tabs show.

I didn't realize but the test site was not using the latest version of Joomla. Once I updated from 3.6.5 to 3.7.3 the tab shows fine.
