Problem after installation. The homepage is not loading was created by Teodor

1) Problem after installation. The homepage is not loading.

ERROR 0 [] operator not supported for strings

2) The site stops working after Joomla's update

Error: 0 Call to undefined method JAdminCssMenu::addChild()
