I don't understand what you mean, where do you want the menu bar on the desktop and for what purpose

I would like to have the menu in a side bar, instead of drop down in the mobile view

now it's like this: prnt.sc/w9nciq
and I would like to have it in mobile view like this: prnt.sc/w9nd5r

I'm sorry but we don't have off convas function in menu, usually this function is available in templates instead of extension menu.
