Change Calendar event time format

Hello,

In "Event Calendar" with have the event hour in pm and am format and i need to change it to 24hour format.

For example, 4:00pm in the calendar show "4p" and i need it to be "16:00".

I change the php time format in optins, but that only changed the time format in events details.

Just one thing, i need it ti be 16:00 with the "00" and it is just "16" at the moment.
