Once you buy the JUX mega menu you get an installation kit. The issue is that xml file is missing and the installation procedure stops.

Please do not buy this extension. the supplier is not reliable. The issue is existing for several months already and nothing is solved.

About your problem, Please unzip the file and you bought it, inside you will see the folder named "Package install"
Inside this folder is a file with the extension ".zip" and you will install it
I see you are a bit confused or hurried because the installation folder we packed inside with the document, so you have to unpack the folder you bought and will find the package installed inside,

Good morning,

I bought the professional version, and under Joomla administration interface they ask me for my software key to use the functionality.
of course I do jot have it ! What should I do ? Is that possible to finish your job prior selling product ?
