file ken burns paid for but says expired

I just purchased this extension in February. But it says it is expired. How can that be?

The order number is 10620.

I don't know where else to put this so I am hoping someone can straighten this out.

Also, I can't get this module to work with an https site. Some of the assets like images and css files still show it trying to use http links (When I view the page source code).
