Modules in Mega-Menu

I just got your extension and I have high hopes for it. I looked at the docs ( docs.joomlaux.com/extensions/jux_megamenu/ ) on how to place modules into a menu, but things don't seem to work out right. The attachment is what my client is looking for. I've tried several methods that yield no results at all, or when I load modules they are behind the menu items. I can only load modules by position. The method of creating an external link menu item doesn't work at all for me.

I guess this is a lot at once, but I'm stuck and the support docs haven't helped.

Are you sure about that?? I just inherited this website and there's a LOT of stuff going on in the back end. I'll be cleaning it up as time goes by, but right now it's very messy.
