responsive issues with laptop and mobile devices

for some reason when i view on my ipad in portraitd mode im getting the hamburger symbol for the menu and not the normal menu that appears on a desktop or pc.... what query do i need to add; so, the normal menu appears like on my laptop or pc?

i tried to add this to the style_responsive file on line 14 and it didnt work...

@media screen and (max-width: 767px) {.megamenu-sticky {text-align: left;}
...changed to 480 and didnt work...even tried to 768..

please explain what i need to change and ill make the edits...

I just need to know what to edit please. Whatever you changed in the new version is now being reflected on a number of other sites that are using the menu.

Yes i just want the menu being responsive when viewed on a phone.
