Scroll problem

I have got a problem with my website, it is nog prosible to scrol (up- or down) on the website.
The scrollbar on the right sight works fine.

Hi,

I have fixed the problem on yoursite.
I upgraded SmoothScroll.js file from version 0.9.9 to version 1.2.1

The path of SmoothScroll.js file.
{yoursite}templates/noo_nozix/js/SmoothScroll.js

Please check again and feedback for me.
