Hi, we are not able to update to Joomla 3.7, we are able to update every plugin but not Joomla core, we have still version 1.0 do you know any know issue regarding that?

Hi there,

I also tried to update the Joomla core with default template of Joomla - Protostar but it failed too prnt.sc/f94p5k .

Hence I suggest you contact your hosting to deal with this problem

Hi, now you should be able to update, permissions are ok :-)

Could you try? I´ve tried, and the update its done, but we lose the format of the template :-(

Thank for feedback us
I think joomla format problem is not due to our sample when you update to joomola 3.7
I think problem is "jWECache" plugin.
I want you to try updating joomola 3.7 and unpublish the "jWECache" plugin.

Hi I´ve disable the cache plugin and still having the same problem, after completing the update the template totally loses format :-(

Should I update the version of the template? I still have 1.0

I can not find the wrong joomla format when I try to try updating to joomla 3.7
