Help Me Install this Template I purchased

Hello, I don't understand either me and my host company try to install it several ways to the server, and through the backend as well. Really weird. But how do I access the demo template I don't want to start from scratch. I just want to modify the demo. Thank you

You are not understanding.. I submitted a question about nootheme over a week ago - incomplete instructions. Again.. the demo template should appear and it does not. I sent a private message regarding my concern and recourse.
