JUX PETCARE CSS3 Pricing Table

Hello,

I am using the Petcare demo.. the template on the website shows the CSS3 Pricing Table.. but I don't see this under "Shortcodes" on the demo template that I am redesigning.. Can you tell me where it is? Also if I create my own blocks, do you have the code I can use so when each category is selected it will go to my ecommerce site or paypal so my customers can choose and purchase. Thanks
