Hover and link on img

Good morning,

I'm using the portfolio pro version to display different projects.
Unfortunately I'm struggling with the hover effect and the link to the single page.

1. How can I change the current hover effect in the module view runge-ag.ch/flex/index.php/projekte-runge.html to a zoom in hover, like on the following site runge-ag.ch/flex/index.php see bottom "PROJEKTE".

2. The link to the single page need to be over the whole picture and not only over the description link. The description and icon I don't need.

I really appreciate if you could support me in this case.
