Agent Edit/Delete Properties from Front end

Hello I want to know how i can allow an agent to edti and delete properties from front end. i found the option of "Create a new property" but i cant find those 2. We bought Jse real estate and install it at corfupropertiessouth.gr

I couldnt use the Member - Support" department so i can create the topic there...
When i tryied to choose which product i have, nothing was on the list

Please provide me more details or i can provide you access at the website.
I try again today to use Member support but the dropdown list from Product doesnt load....

I found and install submit realtie but No manage realties type :/

Also i have enable the permissions from jse real estate /configuration/permissions for this group of users.
