Social stream is not working

And I asked for support but no response. So I bought social tabs and social gallery but non of them are working either. Can I get some help to make Social Stream work please. 1.I'm sorry. I checked your site But I don't see social stream.
2. I checked Facebook in the Social gallery : It works fine with my account: joomlaux or other account.
Can you get wornd id of facebook. Please check it again.

1) Eventhough I entered Masoesa and blackollilces respectively, I still see joomlaux and the main instagram gallery isn't open automatically as it used to.
