Background color issue with Style 6

I set up a Team Showcase Grid Style 6 on a page. I have a half dozen team members on it, some with longer titles than others. As expected, the longer entries wrap to 2-3 lines.

There seems to be a bug when I add a background color. The background color cuts off after the bottom of the Title when side-by-side boxes have different heights. The hover behavior displays a shadow around the full team box, and a border radius is displayed, but there's a strip of white below the title on the one-line titles.

I was able to fix this for my site using a CSS override:

You may want to fix this for the extension itself so an override is not needed.
