One page design with JUX Testimonial

I recently bought the JUX Testimonial extension for rikzorgt.nl . This is a one page design website. How do I implement it on the one and only page so people can read and submit testimonials? I tried the module, but that way there's no submit button for new testimonials.

Thanks for your reply. That creates a whole new page right? I am using a One Page Design, so I need to have the component displayed as a section part of the home page, the only page I have. How would I do that?
