Submit not working ? was created by Say it ApS

I've installed JUX testimonial and want to create a submit page here: unico-gruppen.dk.web11.redhost.dk/glade-kunder

But the submit button isn't working ??

Maybe have conflict javascript, I will instruction fix it
in file: components\com_jux_testimonial\views\testimonials\tmpl\default.php at line 22 and add code:

JHtml::_('jquery.framework');

OK that works but the style on the popup box is not very good. I think a lot could be saved changeing ther text color from #FFF to #000 but I can't find the style ?

in file : /components/com_jux_testimonial/assets/css/jux_testimonial.css and add code CSS

#testimonialForm .jux-col-md-2 {
color: #000;
}
