Time is incorrect on Weather Forcast was created by Gary Piland

Our weather forecast is set on the exact longitude/latitude and shows an incorrect time. Basically it is showing night time when it is day.

How do we fix?

Here you go...

I just checked it and it's 9am here and the site is showing about 3 hours later for some reason. Again, I have the exact longitude and latitude for Topeka, KS in the setup.

I have checked your site. The current time in Topeka is 20:49. i.imgur.com/Crt6J0l.png
Please check the weather time, it also displays now and next time 0 am, 3 am, 6 am, and ... i.imgur.com/OPsgv0S.png
This is the weather time logic. Please recheck it.
