Icons/Data no displaying

Hi,
I have just purchased the Weather Forecast plugin and added to a position on our website, however the module title text is displaying but no other data.
Our website is www.winterbournedownscouts.co.uk
We are just the basic Protostar template and it is at position 7 (right hand side)
I have tried also to get it on the footer area of the template but it doesn't appear at all.
Any suggestions please?
