I edited the file:
modules\mod_jux_weather_forecast\language\en-GB.mod_jux_weather_forecast.ini

After that, I rebooted all WAMP services.
Cleared the browser's cache.
Opened the web page - everything is still.

not:
modules\mod_jux_weather_forecast\language\en-GB.mod_jux_weather_forecast.ini

It is not in the "module" folder that is in the "language" folder.
