Component causing a bug with the menu (2 glitches)

Hi there,


I have just purchased this extension and for some reason this component causes a glitch in my menu, (see attached image).

Also is there a way to disable the hyperlink on the menu, i dont want any pop ups with info, no hyperlinks, (see attached) can you tell me what to edit please. It is a shame as some components have this option in the component setting and not hardcoded.
