I would like to know how to create something like your "capabilities" section in your business demo site.

your quickstart site (in the purchased package) also doesn't show the correct coding on this part too.

Also, I tried to look into the documentation (in your website) there is nothing there.

1: With "CAPABILITIES" we style according to the code we set, if you want to add a similar "CAPABILITIES" in a certain location, I will customize it for you.
2: quickstart problem with CAPABILITIES
The cause is due to the HTML class tags and may be due to the version of SP Page Builder
